12 weeks 4 days pregnant and still feeling sick?

Anyone else still sick this close to second trimester? I was hoping it would start letting up but today I am throwing up even more than yesterday. When did your morning sickness end (with your second pregnancy)??

How did your first trimester symptoms in your 2nd pregnancy compare to your first trimester symptoms in your 1st pregnancy?

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have been less symptomatic this time. Only slight nausea, not as much breast tenderness, etc.

Do you think it will stay this way?

What are some creative ways to tell parents about pregnancy?

I am almost entering my second trimester in the my first pregnancy, and, after our first ultrasound on the 17th, my husband and I are finally going to tell our parents we are pregnant. We are very excited about this, especially because it will be my Mom and Dad’s first grandchild. We have been brainstorming special and creative ways about how to break the good news, and have decided to give my Mom and birthday card from “baby”, but we also wanted to come up with a special way to tell his parents (ours will be the 6th grandchild) and the rest of my family.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your answers!

Does anyone out there know anything re:fetal acrania or anencephaly?

Fetal acrania or anencephaly is a birth defect that is diagnosised in the first trimester however we were diagnosised inthe latter part if the second trimester of pregnancy. HELP anyone PLEASE!!!!!!

like during your first trimester-ish did anyone tell you that you looked sick-like you looked pale and you just didn’t feel well then heading into your second trimester the paleness went away and you get the “glow”?

1.) I Have A Doctors Appointment Next Thursday April 8th. (I’ll Be 17wks & 2 day’s) Im hopping To schedule My UltraSound Appointment To Determine The Sex Of The Baby, But When Do You Think They Can Determine It.. Like, Do You Think Ill Have To Wait Long? People With Experience- How Long Did You Wait Before Sex Was Determined.. Im Really Anxious, As Im Sure Anyone Would Be.
2.) Ive Been Having Semi-Painful Cramping, Is This Just My Uterus Stretching?
3.) How Much Weight Should A Pregnant Women Gain In The Second Trimester, And In The Whole Pregnancy? (if you start out at a normal weight)
4.) Is It True That You Gain More Weight Carrying A Girl
5.) I Am Very Tall, Could This Effect The Time I Begin To Show, Does It Mean I Wont Show As Much Because I Have Alot More Room For My Belly To Stretch?

Question about losing a baby in second trimester?

I have a relative that lost a baby at about 20 weeks. I did some research and apparantly if the baby dies before 20 weeks it is a miscarriage but after it is stillborn or neonatal death. So if it was after 20 weeks does that mean that there is an actual baby there (I mean if you looked at it could you tell it was a baby)?
And what would the hospital do with it? Would it be thrown out or whatever with the placenta and stuff or would it be buried or something? Would there be a funeral?
Sorry I know it is a lot of questions but I’ve been looking online and can’t find any answers. I want to be there for my relative but I don’t know anything about it and I’ve never been through that. I have 2 children and I had very healthy pregnancies and I couldn’t imagine what it’s like to deal with losing a baby. So thanks ahead for all your help.

Pregnancy Congestion?

I was just wondering if anyone has experienced moderate to severe nasal congestion during their pregnancy. Ever since I hit second trimester (I am 22 weeks), I seem to have constant nasal congestion. I feel like I have a constant head cold. Is this a common occurrence?

I’m 38 yrs old, pregnant no health insurance. What do I do?

I am pregnant with my second child. My husband and I had stopped trying after 3 years of wanting to become pregnant. We both have been laid off by our employer, have no health insurance and I’m going into my second trimester of pregnancy. We make $400 over the limit to qualify for Medicaid and I don’t know what to do. I can’t be the only woman that’s pregnant and has no health insurance. Please someone give me ANY info that would help me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
