How long can you take the pill during pregnancy before you hurt the baby??:S (VERY IMPORTANT, things changed)?

I took a blood test and found out I was pregnant even though I had been taking the BCP (low ogestrel). I was told that I shouldnt worry too much because this happens to alot of ppl and their babies turn out fine…well I went for the viability ultrasound yesterday and it turns out that I am 14 weeks along meaning I was taking it for 13 weeks of the pregnancy or the entire first trimester. So now I dont know what to think. Does this make things different, should i be concerned now. I dont know when the cut off is for how long you can safely take the pill after conception. I know that the whole 9 months could do damage…could 3??? plz help:S
they did tell me at the ultrasound that everything they could see (the arms and legs head and brain) looked fine and the heartbeat was healthy…they couldnt see some stuff like the kidneys but everything so far looks good. Could there be brain damage, or sexual defects from the hormones that wouldnt show up. Did I take them long enough to cause any of that?? Oh and by the way I know any idiot should know they are pregnant before 3 months but I didnt get my period back yet after my first (born only 8 months ago) so I actually didnt have a period to miss. I thought being tired was just from my baby keeping me awake…same with the headaches and mood swings:S

Why do some women say the 3rd trimester is the hardest?

I’m currently 38 weeks and most of my pregnancy has been pretty easy except the first trimester was the toughest. When i was in the first trimester every woman said the 3rd trimester would be the hardest and it scared me but now that i’ve been through almost my whole pregnancy i really dont understand why they made such a big deal about it. Were they weak? or have i been one of the luckier ones so far?

Why aren’t cramps on the top ten list for 1st signs of pregnancy?

So many women say they got cramps in their first trimester so why don’t these pregnancy website state it?

14 weeks pregnant, i have had no nausea during the first 12 weeks?

and only started feeling or being sick from week 12-13????? can anyone tell me if this is ok? doesnt nausea and morning sickness happen during the first trimester of pregnancy if anything? i am aware it can last for the entire pregnancy… i just find it “funny” that it would start so late?!

Pregnancy trimesters and doctor appointments?

Ok this is my first pregnancy so I have a lot a of questions..

I was just wanting to make sure I was right that every tri-mester lasts around 13 weeks?
Please let me know how long each trimester lasts etc.

ALSO..

I was just wondering how often you go to the doctor through a normal pregnancy…
Right now I’m only going once a month, does that increase and if so when and to how many times a month?

Low amniotic fluid in first trimester??

Ok, my friend had ivf done in February. She should be almost 11 weeks along now but baby is measuring 8 weeks 4 days. At first they thought that the pregnancy wasn’t viable because her hcg levels were wascky (going down then up but not doubling etc) and they could only find an empty gestational sac on ultrasound. Dr recommended a d&c but 2 weeks ago they finally found a baby with a heartbeat. Today she had another u/s and baby grew appropriately during the 2 weeks and has a normal heartbeat, but drs are worried because it looks like there is too little amniotic fluid surrounding baby. They worry there is not enough room for baby to grow etc. We can’t find any info on low amniotic fluid in the first trimester and the drs say to just wait and see if she has a miscarriage or if it turns out ok. Also, her uterus is tilted which cause problems with visualizing baby even with a transvaginal u/s so I wonder if that could cause it to seem like there is low fluid when it is fine? Any info pls?

What exactly do they test for when you give blood for your first trimester of pregnancy, I know they do for HIV and Diabettes, but what else did they test for?

I start my 2nd Trimester (14weeks) next Monday (September 3rd), I also have my 2nd doctors visit next Thursday (September 6th) I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect in one or both areas (2nd Trimester and 2nd doctors visit?) Normal to loose weight in first trimester from morning sickness?

This is my third pregnancy and I have terrible morning sickness, well actually afternoon and evening sickness. and my food aversions have been really bad, never like this before, where i have actually lost weight. i am about 8-9 weeks and i have lost around 5-6lbs. anyone else have this happen? i know that a little bit from being sick is normal, but how can i even choke anything down when even the sight of food makes me wanna puke?
