I am 29 weeks prego with my second child. I had morning sickness in the first 11 weeks then it stoped. Lately I have been having pain in my lower abdomen in the same area as the C-section so I assume thats just streaching. However, I am now going through morning sickness again. I am worried though because I dont want me throwing up to hinder my baby from gaining the weight she needs. She has been doing really well so far with weight, but I want her to gain all she can as i may have to have her early as I did my son due to health problems (Preaclmapsia)—> SP? Please give me any advice you have or things you have done to deal with morning sickness/throwing up.

For the ladies who gained a lot of weight during pregnancy did you gain it towards the end of your pregnancy or during the second trimester? I interested in people who gained more than the recommended 25-35 lbs.
Also, what was your diet like?
Thank you…
Thank you. I love reading these. It makes me feel better and laugh! I have gained 26 lbs and I am only 23 weeks. I am just so hungry all the time! My doc doesn’t seem worried about it though. I was 114 lbs pre-pregnancy. I think I will gain much more than the recommended 25-35 lbs.
Help! my 23 month old still nurses?

I was weaning him when he in late April but I lost a second trimester pregnancy and couldn’t take losing my little girl and end nursing so I started nursing him again (in morning and at nap time).
My problem is that I want to stop when he’s when he turns 24 months but he’s been waking up between 5 and 7 and comes into our room, climb into our bed and nurses. He even manages to gain access. He started doing this when we put him into a toddler bed. How do I break this habit without cause a big fuss so early in the morning? I also can’t get him to take a nap without nursing him to sleep (I don’t have that problem at bedtime, just at naptime). We tried letting him cry it out but after an hour and a half we gave up and I nursed him.
Please help! I’d like to have my body back.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and already leaking colostrum, most websites say that you do that toward the end of the second trimester or the third trimester. With my first pregnancy, I didn’t leak until I was 7 months along. So anyone else have this experience?

everyone always say 9 months.
the first 3 months is the first trimester
3-6 months is the second trimester
6-9 months is the third trimester?
so why do people say 40 weeks?
oh im talking about an average pregnancy here
Did anyone else start to lose their sense of gravity when they started showing?

My bump has been growing a bit these last couple of weeks (just starting to show) and I’ve noticed that there has been a direct correlation between my growing belly and my lack of coordination.
To be honest, I’m not the most coordinated person in the world, but am usually able to control my clumsy ways; however, I just fall over now and imagine it will get worse as I am at the beginning of my pregnancy and only in my second trimester haha.
Any suggestions on how to adjust to the gravitational pull of my bump lol? Thanks!
Oh goodness-I almost knocked over my husband’s flatscreen when I tripped over nothing, fell over, and bumped into it.
Have you taken Diflucan in pregnancy?

The nurse practitioner prescribed this for me…I am in second trimester (almost 21 weeks). Recently had an ultrasound and it looked great. I have had spotting and they think it is related to the yeast infection.
Have you ever had spotting associated with a yeast infection? Would you take the Diflucan? I am cautious by nature and don’t want do do anything that can harm the baby. It is class C. They said it is safe since I am out of first trimester.
Kind of a weird pregnancy symptom?

I am 15 weeks pregnant, so thank goodness I made it through the first trimester. However, now that I have entered the second trimester I have begun to have a very weird side effect. I find that a lot of times during the day, I gag. I do not throw up, well not all of the time, I just gag. It seems like it happens right after I eat something or just at random time during the day. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this, what could be causing it, and what I can do about it? Thanks ladies.
