I am 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have had rectal bleeding right after bowel movements the past week or so. Its not much, its just there the first time I wipe after the bowel movement is passed. I dont feel anything down around my bottom area or have any pain or itching. Is this from a hemorrhoid or what? I didnt have this happen with my first pregnancy so I am not sure what to think? what can I do to help them go away? thanks so much!
It doesnt hurt at all.

Yes it’s normal, they will get worse to the point where it does hurt and it does get itchy.

I had haemerrhoids from day 1 of my pregnancy, like you they didn’t hurt or itch until i got to about 24weeks, then they started hurting like hell then i took drastic action to get rid of them, they’re not completely gone, but they don’t hurt and bleed as much, only now and again.

Eat alot of fibre and drink plenty of water.

some tissue might have ripped in ur anus and it’s just taking time to heal, most the time u don’t feel any pain if this happens, just see a little bit of blood. normally if u have hemorrhoids, u’ll feel some kind of pressure or pain when whipping.
